Emcee Kimberly Goins


Kimberly Goins is this year's TEDxLincoln: Disruption Emcee. As the Executive Director of the Clyde Malone Community Center, Kimberly Goins is a passionate advocate for underserved children and their families, focused on leading a revolutionary culture shift to end multigenerational poverty by creating a continuum of care that supports the entire family, while also bringing to life and celebrating the many contributions of African-Americans in the Lincoln community. Kimberly has over two decades of comprehensive experience working with national nonprofits, Inc. 500 and early stage companies in marketing, fundraising and community engagement. She currently serves on the LPS School Foundation Board, Nebraska Children’s & Family Foundation, Racial & Ethnic Disparities Committee for Lancaster County, Nebraska Table, and the Lincoln Justice Council.

Kimberly has been recognized for her business acumen and marketing talent winning the W3 Web Award for Nonprofit Marketing. Other honors include the Who’s Who in Black Dallas- Rising Star Award, African-American Chamber of Commerce Young Professional of the Year Award, Finalist for Marketer of the Year from the American Marketing Association and a proud graduate of Leadership Tyler Class 20. Kimberly attended LeTourneau University. She is married to Anthony Goins; they are the proud parents of four children and five grandchildren.
